    Hi. What a great ride.
I’m a biker too and somethimes i do long rides in Switzerland but only a few day trips. I’m wondering how long you were sleeping and what you had eaten during and after your ride?
Thanke you for your time and when you can answer my questions that would be great.
So all the best and be proud on what you did, it’s unbeliveble.
    Greestings from Aargau.
    Bye Fabian Furrer, Berikon

    You are an inspiration!

  4. lori/nancy says:

Yes Jim, we noticed that it was downhill and with luck we will have the wind. We now just have to hope to get past Lake Louise. It is great to hear from people who have done it. Thanks for your comments and please check back from time to time to cheer us on.
    L

  5. Jim G says:

After you pass Lake Louise, it’s a down-hill run all the way to Halifax. ;-) ;-)
Hold that thought; it will make the ride just a little bit easier. (We crossed in 2008.)
